End week 23: Outdoor painting finished & 3 Days to PCI

Finishing touches
Week 22: Finishing touches!!!
Garage door was fitted, façade started to be painted, temp fences were removed, loo removed and rubbish taken away:
Final 4 corner roof tiles were loose, and this week they were properly affixed.
Side render completely painted:
Garage side door replaced:
Works under the front door:
Toilet fan were fitted:
Garage door from inside:
Painting inspection was carried out. Blue labels means "places to be fixed!"
Carpet started to be fitted but with wrong underlay.... :(

Fixing Stage finished:
Week 13 - House Rendering, Internal Doors, Kitchen & Vanities, Cornices, Architraves & Skirtings (Fixing Stage Finished):
The house render is looking stunning!
We wanted to get that beautiful render look to the entire house, and for that reason we used Hebel. We were a little in doubt but we decided to take a gamble. We researched a lot the material, we visited several Hebel houses and went for it.
But now that the render is ready to be painted, we are really happy with the outcome. Sincerely, the house looks better than we were expecting.

Lock Up Stage finished
Week 10:
All cabling done outside, and some minor aesthetic feature:
Right side completed Hebel view:
Wet areas in floor showers done:
And also all cabling done inside.
Evaporative cooling system ducts installed.
Heater and ducts installed.

Lock Up stage (cont...)
Week 9:
"Lock Up" stage continues with more Hebel walls placed.
And one of the sides of the house is also nearly finished, just waiting for minor touches.
While on the other side of the house, Hebel walls are getting screwed into the metal frames.
